Japan Metals and Chemicals
seeks debt protection:
One
of the world's few producers of high-purity
Electrolytic Chromium Metal, 'Japan Metals
and Chemicals' (JMC) has suspended its activities
pending its announcement that it has recorded
debts of ¥141bn. JMC has now filed with
the Tokyo District Court for protection
from creditors under the Japanese Corporate
Rehabilitation Law. This has led to an increased
demand for high-purity Chromium Metal from
The Bell Group of Companies, as some Japanese
high-tech companies look outside Japan for
a new and reliable supplier of high-quality
product, coupled with excellent customer
service, and ISO 9002 guarantees.
